JESSICA FARRAH, Au.D.

AUDIOLOGIST, CO-FOUNDER

Doctor of Audiology | Adult Hearing & Tinnitus Care | ASL-Fluent | Community-Minded Clinician

Dr. Jessica Farrah is one of the founders of Harmony Audiology and is proud to serve the greater Seattle community through compassionate, accessible, and human-centered hearing care. She specializes in working with adult patients and is deeply committed to creating an environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their hearing healthcare journey.

At the core of Dr. Farrah’s work is a passion for helping people reconnect—with their loved ones, their communities, and the sounds that bring meaning to their lives. Her clinical interests include tinnitus care, adult diagnostic evaluations, and evidence-based hearing aid fittings. She approaches each patient with empathy and curiosity, tailoring care plans to individual goals, communication preferences, and lived experiences.

Dr. Farrah is clinically and conversationally fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), which allows her to provide inclusive and accessible care for patients with diverse communication needs. She values collaboration, education, and shared decision-making, and strives to make hearing healthcare approachable, transparent, and empowering.

Dr. Farrah earned her Doctor of Clinical Audiology degree from Gallaudet University, where she received extensive training serving Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals across a wide range of clinical settings. Her background includes experience in both independent and team-based private practices, as well as work with patients of varying ages, cultural backgrounds, and access needs.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Farrah enjoys knitting, creating handmade pottery, and cooking scratch-made meals with her husband. She shares her life with two dogs who are very much the center of her world and believes that creativity, connection, and care—both inside and outside the clinic—are essential to living well.

Through Harmony Audiology, Dr. Farrah aims to build a practice rooted in compassion, presence, and trust. As the clinic grows, she looks forward to expanding community outreach and hearing conservation efforts, particularly for musicians and others at risk for noise-induced hearing loss.
